RETURN POLICY:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, full refunds less S&H both ways provided if item is returned within 7 days of receipt and item is in original condition.
SHIPPING POLICY:
All of our smaller items ship USPS. Some of our heavier items may ship FedEx, UPS Ground, or USPS Parel Post. Straw cases ship USPS Parcel Post, so please allow up to 7-12 days for delivery on these items.
NOTE ABOUT STRAWS:
Packages of straws may vary in color (opacity, shade, etc.) and quantity (the general range is 45-55 straws per pack). We are not responsible for any such discrepancies of color or quantity.
